Strange Bird is a graphic memoir about living with hyperphantasia and the rich —sometimes overwhelming —tapestries of sensorial experience between vivid inner world(s) and everyday life that come with it, following the journey of a once stuck-in-her-head “gifted” kid as she learns how to apply, protect, and refine her mind’s eye throughout adult life.
