Sarah R Glaser is a comic artist, illustrator, and printmaker from Norfolk, Virginia with a passion for storytelling. Drawing from the elastic, in-between spaces of glitch feminism and gothic folklore, her cross-genre narrative works invite contemplation, laughter, and awe. She employs both digital and traditional techniques unique to each project, experimenting with a variety of mediums to create art zines, mini-comics, and prints. She is the illustrator of the Bosley the Beach Cat series as well as another children's picture book based on Norfolk’s beloved Scotch and Soda, the Lions.
Sarah currently serves as Program Manager for the Arts at Old Dominion University and is the Founder of studioSHIFT, a community print shop and art studio in Coastal Virginia.
